Udyogini is seeking qualified and experienced Trainers for multiple roles under a
project-based engagement in Latur, Maharashtra. The Trainers will be responsible
for delivering high-quality skill development training, ensuring practical learning,
and supporting candidates in gaining industry-relevant competencies.

Role-Specific Requirements
1. Plumber Trainer
Educational Qualification:
• Diploma/Degree after 10th or 12th in relevant technical field
Technical Specialization:
• Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering,
Petroleum Technology
Experience Required:
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience
• Experience in gas pipelines/industrial/domestic gas connections preferred
• Prior training experience is an added advantage
2. Mobile Repair Technician Trainer
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Preferred: Electronics & Communication, Telecom, IT, Computer Science
Technical Specialization:
• Mobile handset repair
• Hardware/software troubleshooting
• Diagnostics and component-level repair
Experience Required:
• Minimum 6 years of experience in mobile repairing
• Training or skill development experience preferred
3. Business Correspondent / Facilitator Trainer
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate in any discipline
Technical Specialization:
• Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)
• Customer onboarding, KYC, digital financial services
• Retail asset management
Experience Required:
• Minimum 5 years in BFSI sector
• Minimum 1 year of training experience
• Strong communication and field operations exposure preferred
4. Data Entry Operator Trainer
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate in any discipline
Technical Specialization:
• MS Office and digital tools
• Data handling and documentation
• Computer operations
Experience Required:
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in digital/business operations
• Admin, data management, or training experience preferred
