Job Specifications for Skill Development Coordinator

To know more, please visit Women Empowerment NGO in India - Udyogini Job description: The Coordinator – Skill Development Course will be responsible for end- to-end implementation of the Skill Development Project in Dharashiv fully compliant with NSDC norms — from mobilisation to training delivery, documentation, certification, assessment, placement outcomes, audits, and partner coordination — with zero- compromise execution discipline. Key Responsibilities: 1. NSDC Compliance, Approvals & Audit Readiness (Primary Mandate) • Ensure the project, batches, centres, trainers, and processes strictly follow NSDC Guidelines / Sector Skill Council norms • Coordinate for: ✓ Centre & infrastructure readiness as per NSDC checklist ✓ Trainer qualification documentation & ToT validation ✓ Batch creation, TP/Trainee registration & Aadhaar/ID compliance ✓ Assessment & certification workflow as per NSDC protocols • Maintain evidence-based documentation: ✓ Attendance (biometric/manual as required) ✓ Photo/video records, geo-tag proof, centre inspection logs ✓ Trainee records, consent forms, indemnity, mobilisation documentation ✓ Prepare for internal & external audits — ensure files are always review-ready ✓ Track compliance risks and deviations and close them with corrective actions 2. Project Planning & Training Operations • Create batch schedules, trainer deployment, resource planning and daily execution monitoring • Ensure training kit, curriculum delivery, assessment readiness, and learning quality • Resolve field issues proactively — absenteeism, trainer gaps, logistics, timetable discipline 3. Mobilisation & Enrolment Quality • Lead structured mobilisation through SHGs, community institutions, schools, PRI bodies, others • Ensure eligibility verification, counselling, and correct documentation • Drive quality enrolments — not just numbers 4. MIS, Reporting & Evidence Management • Update NSDC/TP portals, project MIS, and outcome dashboards • Maintain batch-wise documentation lifecycle: enrolment → training → assessment → certification → placement → retention • Prepare monthly reports, case studies, photo evidence, visit notes, review decks 5. Assessment, Certification & Placement Outcomes • Coordinate assessment partner scheduling, trainee readiness, and evidence support • Track certification results, re-assessment corrections, and compliance closures • Build employer linkages, validate placements, collect proof of employment/retention 6. Stakeholder & Partner Coordination • Work closely with: NSDC / SSC teams, CSR partner, trainers, assessors, community institutions, employers • Support review meetings, field visits, inspections, and partner reporting 7. Trust-Building & Execution Accountability • Uphold organizational commitment to quality, transparency, and trust rebuilding • Ensure strict adherence to infrastructure readiness, approval protocols, placement commitments, and discipline in future batches • Provide personal oversight and proactive communication to prevent repeat gaps Qualification & Experience: • Master’s degree (Social Work / Development / Management preferred) • 2–5 years in Skill Development / NSDC / SSC-linked projects (preferred) • Strong documentation & MIS discipline; experience with portals is an advantage • Field-intensive work readiness; strong coordination & communication • Languages: Marathi & Hindi (mandatory) | English for reporting Competencies Required: • Compliance mindset & detail ownership • Operational problem-solving • Evidence-based documentation rigor • Community engagement ability • Integrity, discipline, and accountability • Data-driven execution Compensation: INR 4,20,000 to INR 4,80,000 per annum How to Apply: Please share your updated CV to hr@udyogini.org along with a cover letter mentioning why you are a good fit for this position by January 26, 2026.
